- Email: Send an email to support@zytrexpharma.com or no-reply@zytrexpharma.com with the subject line "Do Not Call Request." Clearly state that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list and include the phone number(s) you wish to have placed on the list.
- Mail: Send a written request to "1 John St, Brooklyn, NY 11201" stating that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list and include the phone number(s) you wish to have placed on the list.
Information Required:
When making a Do Not Call request, please provide the following information:
- Your full name (optional, but helpful for accurate identification).
- The phone number(s) you wish to have placed on our Do Not Call list.
Processing Your Request:
- We will add your phone number(s) to our Do Not Call list within seven business days of receiving your request.
- We will maintain your number(s) on our Do Not Call list for at least five years, unless you request removal or provide prior express written consent to receive calls.
Limitations:
- Being on our internal Do Not Call list will prevent telemarketing calls from Zytrex Pharma or those acting on our behalf. It will not prevent calls from other companies.
- You may still receive calls related to your existing prescriptions or healthcare needs, as these are not considered telemarketing calls.
